I am from distt Nankana sahib.. I dont know that this distt in which region fall...
And @imran sagar plz tell us either they send the mails to all selected candidates or not... We are very worried to being not selected...

Can you please share salary package and career prospects?

Some one at beginning told about a test which is conducted at the end of 3 months training. Candidates scoring/top 10% and/or above 80% are given higher grade then candidates scoring 60-80% with salary difference as well.

Is it so? If it is then kindly provide details.

owesome career growth. there will be a test after the completion of training, people who get more than 70% in the test will get MG-10(OG-2) position with salary of 26000+10%semiannual increment for the first three years and people who get less than 70% will get MG-11(OG-3) opsition with salary 24000+10% semiannual increment. if you get OG-2 now and u r below 25 years u will defently become AVP before attaining the age of 30. show potential and become the leading banker through ALLIED BANK.ALLIED BANK employees are always satisfied because its HR policies are best in the banking industry.

Can you tell more about test. It would be covering training session only or further thing, or it would be a check of one's managerial skills. And what about toughness of the test?

Prior guidance will help to build mind and efforts from very start.

I called the HR.. They said that they mailed the all selected candidates.... Now there is no hope... And good luck to all successfull candidates....
