The person who got 1st division throughout in his career must be shortlisted and degree must be related to commerce.
No test is done for this post and it is selected by a direct interview and most of its interview is conduct at Lahore.
Family background + about your self is discuss in interview mostly its depend your personality your physical look.

Keep patience, as it requires some time to short list and start interview process. May be a month or even a couple of month you have to wait.
