You must submit the documents on orientation. Don't fill anything they will assist all at the time of orientation, but complete all document like indemnity bond, transcripts, fitness certificate etc before coming to orientation.

Joining pack has two samples of agreement which should be printed on non-judicial stamp paper. In case you leave the job before specified time you have to pay amount mention on agreement. This is indemnity bond

And one more thing to add that training at all MDCs that is Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad will start on the same date i,e; 15 Dec so Lahore region don't worry.
