Askari Bank MTOs Program:
Its all over. Final panel interview was conducted on Monday 16 May in Clifton office Karachi. According to an estimate, about 40 to 45 candidates had been shortlisted who belong to IBA, KSBL, SZABIST & IOBM. Rest were sidelined and kept out of competition for this position. Those who belong to other institutes and provided they had satisfied the board with their performance in initial interview are expected to offer 'Trainee Position'.

W/salaam dear. Last year 'Final Panel Interview' k finished honay k 2 weeks baad candidates ko call kya gaya tha yeh pouchany k lyae k ap 'Offer' accept kr rahy k nhe. Ager ap offer accept krletay hen tu phir apka 'Offer letter' jald he ajata ha. Thanks!

Dear I didnot receive a final interview call. My interview was conducted on April 29 at around 12pm afternoon. I belong to Karachi city. I was aware beforehand about this discrimination on the basis of institutes but I was not believing. Now this happened. There were many candidates whom I personally know who had an excellent academic career record and had an excellent interview are sitting hopeless now. #ThanksForChosingAskari #Speechless

Why the people from these University are selected... are these people GOD or What ??...... and other people are considered garbages....????
Why LUMS, Why IBA, Why KSBL, Why IOM, Why LSE........ ?????? for GOD sake for Humanity Do some some justice to others also... we are more talented then these university but treated as garbages... NOT only askari bank but all the companies/ Banks in pakistan.... should make proper and clean merit..

I also know those canidates who were not from these universities and they were selected as mto in askari in past years. So this perception is not too accurate.
