i think karachi interview has been start..what about rwalpindi... frankly speaking i have no hope for interview because my test was pathetic but i am just like ak dafa me un k mun se sun lun..

My interview was scheduled at 3:45pm but I went early in the morning and they accomodated me with their ongoing batch. It was a complete board consisting of 2 male officials along a woman. They asked following questions:

*What is Banking?
*Who regulates banking sector?
*What State bank major functions?
*What is Monetory Policy?
*Who issues Monetory Policy?
*Difference b/w Monetory & Fiscal Policy?
*What is Balance of Payment?
*What is BOP current figures?
*How our government finance the budget deficit?
*What is current interest rate?
*Why you want to join Askary? What speciality you are looking forward to?

It is my advice to all those who are aspiring for M.T.O job in Askari Bank,bear it in mind that once you get selected do not forget you are going to subject yourself to branch targets IMPOSED upon you.Targets encompasses Banca,current deposit,no of accounts opened etc if you happen to be in operations (probability of which is extremely high).In addition to it with the exception of girls,males are going to work till 8.00 PM on average.I know for a fact that everyone needs a job rite now but try to give more weight-age to other options if any.
