Mani29 Can u plz tell me on which date u gave the test? I gave the test on 23 april and my test was very good but i haven't received any email regarding interview

Are you sure these questions will be asked during the interview....??? as my interview is tomorrow and someone is also saying that by clearing the written test increases the chances for selection of MTO (May be 70% )

Default WHAT after initial interview
Well on 10-may-2016 was my interview at askari bank following questions were asked

TELL ME ABOUT YOURSELF (The MOST important Question + Confidence Checker)
What is Banking
What do you know about askari bank
What do you know about offshore company
what is your future plan
Why should we hire you
What if you get selected as MTO what will you do?

That all
hardly 12-15 minutes Interview
Well i asked few of people their mostly were having experience and they were interviewing about 200 candidates of which 40-50 will be selected....

Good Luck to All those after initial interview and for the FINAL Interview
