TO's are offered OG-2 grade while MTO's are placed in OG-1 grade and after completion of one year service, they are promoted to AMG grade.

In my final interview President only said to me which department you would like to work and nothing else.

if president asked you about which department you would like to work in, what does it mean? will they offer you TO or MTO??

I am really surprised over your response. Anyways, Allhumdullah I have been on social media since very long. I never pass-on any judgement or irresponsible views which are factually in-correct.

Thanks to gentleman who endorsed my point what I was saying before.

We can not change the way people think. But I advise to those who hide their real identity and point fingers on anyone without proof that please you wont negotiate anyone fortune. Be a human being first. Job is not a very big thing friends!

Yes, there is a career path defined for MTOs, they are hired as OG-1 and after one year they are promoted to the higher grade (AMG), after that the promotion depends on your performance while no such path is defined for TOs as yet. Also there is difference in the salary package. MTOs will be offered 40000-45000 while TOs get 28000-30000.
