Guys, I would like to share some information with you regarding hiring process of Askari Bank Ltd.

Last year they hired about 35 (or 30, if i am not wrong) MTOs all over Pakistan. Askari prefers overall first division holders. Never mention that you are currently working in any bank because they will straight forwardly reject you on this basis. This happened to me and two other MT batch fellows of ABL in Interview.

Test will be on GMAT basis and last portion would consist Micro/Macro Econmics or pure finance and one essay.

Be prepared for one of toughest tests that banks take to hire MTs.

Test will be of 100 marks:
English 20 (4 synonym, 3 antonym, sentence completion, preposition)
General knowledge 20 (Capitals, intrst rates etc)
Gen Maths 20 ( simplest one)
Finance & Economics 20 (do study Demand n supply concepts, stock xchange terms)
Essay 20 ( last time it was on Hike in Energy prices)

I was MBA(HR). Interview was an excellent experience..
