a friend of mine received call today for final interview. his first interview was in Lahore.

If the final interview in Lahore would be conducted this Friday then I presume successful candidates for MTO program should expect a joining call sometime next week, shouldn't they?

Default Askari Bank's Total Recruitment Process was based on Parchi
Interview was not justifiable if look on the bases of validity, different students different questions, It would have been better if first interview would have been based on personal questions and for second one on subject matter or vice versa.

There should be well defined criteria for interview so validity can be achieved by HR department, but no one knows why even private banks do same process like Government organization. I feel Things should be clear to every candidate, I felt that those who had some one in the bank they knew there would be one psychologist and other two bank Representatives but not others, so things were very much blurred for many students and I was one of those. I do not complain of clearing interview but I do complain of process.
