only 25 candidates clear the test that's why they are calling other candidates for simple OG2 and other opening not for MTO, for KHI MTO process panel interviews over, now they will call shortlisted candidate for group head interview from next week................[/QUOTE]

yap i cleared the test twice... and they ask about OG2 because May b they don't want me as an MTO.... they said OG2 ajao then agli bar internal apply karna MTO k leae chance dainge.......

Mujhe bhi yahi kaha tha when I submitted my employment form , that baad may internal apply kardena . My interview is yet to be taken in coming days for normal og-2 position.

Thanks :onesec for your help brother, it will help me in my interview. Can you tell was it a panel interview? and were they interviewing in english or urdu (kind of awkward, but thats an important question, !).

Is it true that for Og-2 normal there will be bond of 3 years for 1 lakh rupees ?

Bank Al Habib has its own dedicated training centre in karachi, where they impart class room based and practical training thereon to the MTO's , dont know whether same would be for OG-2 normal.

You are right Salary is not as per industry standard. Tough decision to make, either take the opportunity or wait for a good one to come.

Oh Zaheer Bhai, this was actually my second interview. I live in Peshawar. My first interview was in Islamabad, yesterday I was in Lahore for my interview for MTO positions - this period has been extremely difficult. (safar ki thakaan aur Daewoo bus ana jana etc)

It varies.. interview was started with english :) focus your specialization and favourite subejects. why banking and why bank al habib etc. so prepare accordingly... best of luck.

It would be a bit lower than mto.. cant give you a figure. but og2 is also good because you can go internally for mto later.

OG-II salary is Rs. 15,000 basic for 3 months probation period. After probation, you'll get Rs.18,000 basic and Rs.3,000 in medical allowance so that makes it 21,000 for simple OG-II's.

As per the guy who was co-ordinating interviews in karachi, 'MTO's are hired twice a year in BAHL, he said that favour is also granted to internal candidates who apply for MTO, they can be considered with low marks in test and even if they get one or two years over the age limit of 25, they can still be considered for mto' This is what the coordinator said.

I gave interview for simple OG-2, they didnt ask any technical stuff from me, just family and educational background, some candidates were asked accounting questions like financial ratio's :unsure:, currency of italy and some other were asked some more simple questions from their previous courses, but overall it was just a general discussion.

one more thing, the weaknesses you wrote on your employment form will also be questioned, they asked this question from everyone, whatever weakness you wrote in your employment form, they will ask a question, like you wrote that weakness, why is that your weakness? etc etc, so be prepared with a good answer, to convince panel that your weakness wont affect your performance in job.

It started with my background. then they asked you know punjabi or not? then some economic concepts like monetory policy than difference between commercial and state banks. role of commercial banks and products they offer. asked about my reference and how i came to know about the job opening. difference between reserve and share capital and thats all. it was a panel interview.
