There would probably be one interview only so you have to give your best shot in this interview.
Expect Questions like :
Introduce yourself
Family background
Why join banking?
Why bank Islami?
Do you know the job position well?
You are ready to sign bond for 2 years?
Are you willing to travel within city?

I cant say anything. But expect atleast 30 days after interview for final selection call. The whole process from test to final call easily takes between 40-60 days

But this seems to be head office job as it it is about corporate side of banking. At least it would be better than branch banking
