I just want to know, candidates who are not called for docs submission should hope or not????

You should verify all your documents in your own interest from HEC not for BOK only it will help you in your future endeavor also.

I dnt knw hw they hv made selection , many of the candidates hving Excellent record hv not been called, is this made on final interview??

salam , today i requested 1 of my cousin to call bank of khyber again, and i directed her to tell them that she had given the bok final interview but did not get the call for doc submission, the representative of bok name Mr. USMAN told her that about 200 candidates have been shortlisted finally, and we are verifying their academic record and final selection will be done on the basis of ssc, hssc and bachelor or masters per-forma of every candidate that has been short listed and from these 200 competitors the final eligible candidates will be selected. and he also mentioned about some of the candidates will be added to the waiting list who might get call for joining in the later phase. one more thing when my cousin asked him that who did not get the call for submission do they think its over for them he said the ones who didn't get the submission call should apply in the latest announced vacancies till 7 of this month. I have observed that the bok is changing its statement again and again through different representatives and the situation is so much confusing, the candidates who got the call for submission of their academics when they call they give different info to those ones and when candidates who did not get the call, contact with them they change their statement..........!!!!! :/ . So i think its not confirm, who is selected and who is not so don't loose hope every 1 has still the chance.and he also said MBA holders are preferred over bachelors degree holders and their committee is also verifying the experience provided by the shortlisted candidates, this whole process will take a reasonable time so be patient and hope for the best, take care remember me in prayers ALLAH HAFIZ.

yar how long will be this reasonable time... we have submitted our dox almost to weeks ago and i think it is enough for such sort of selection......
