Just came from my group discussion..it was a good one..topic of discussion was "leadership Skills" and there were 10 members in each group...result to be announced later..

Dont know abt result. they will call for interview only selected people... group discussion was very good... they give u a topic and 2 to 3 min for writing down the points on page. after that every group member have to talk 2 min only. after that open discussion start fo 15 min i think. and that all. so i advice all of u that dont copy others group members words. try to use ur own. and when any one of group member is talking thn kindly concentrate him/her . dont look here and there. be confident, dont care how much u talk, important is that what u talk...

well it was a good experience today, the topic was "are women better administrator than men"

my advise based on what happened today is

1)i noticed some of my group members continuously interfered while others were speaking and this can prove fatal in group discussion." don't try to convert it into arguments,because it is a DISCUSSION "

2)the time you are given to write points must be strictly followed even if you did not write, doesn't matters but as the bell rangs you need to stop writing, today i observed members continuously writing even when the time was over,this gives an impression that you are copying what is being said by other members.

3)furthermore, topics are general so you may give it a touch from history,religion or present scenario,don't confuse yourself and don't try to get to the extreme end of the topic,as one can not defend it then.
