what was medium of the interview. English or urdu. how was overall experience.

They ask questions in Urdu,,, give answers in English only if you are fluent,,, or use Urdu as your medium,,,

Whatever you do,, but be confident and prompt.

I've always asked one more question ( I'm from medical field)

Why don't you pursue your career in your relevant field and why you choose Banking as your profession. Why should we consider you for the post over a commerce field graduate?????

salam all,
i appered in my interview at mcb center lahore. it was a great experience.they ask me questions about my experience and i satisfy them completely. they are friendly and ask you anything. i thing must kept in mind that if you are experienced you have to ans them their questions regarding you job experience. and if you are fresh they will ask you about only your background etc.
