Hi guys. Could anyone who is under training help us as to what they mean by GBO service and Operation. Also what is the difference in job description of TSO and GBO. I have been called for interview on 20th of April so if you could help with some tips i would really appreciate it. Also (lol am I asking for too much) can you share what remuneration mCB is offering so that i could weigh my options. Regards.

TSO are cashiers, with rank OG4 while GBOs are of rank OG3..... GBOs look after basic banking operations like ac opening, clearing, remittances etc....

I hope you got the basic idea.....

im not under training but my friend was in MCB as GBO..SBO services mostly deals with customers, like account opening etc..TSO is cashier..GBO is higher level post than TSO...salary of GBO is 25000

Thank you for the reply. I guess you accepted their offer, if I am right can you share the training experience and all that. Hope i am not asking for too much.

Are you still under training or have joined a branch? i have also received call for interview on 18th April for GBO& GBO services ( lol and here i thought i didnt make the cut all this time) Also did you sign any bond if so how much was it for time and money if you leave.

Bakhtiar ... lol and region is rwp and i dont know my marks... i just assumed they were below average as every 1 else got the interview call.

25 is lump sum..you may get some commission on insurance etc
