There is no bond... but 6 months probation period.... training has been completed.....

Interview Experience

interview time was 11am reached MCB at 9:30 went inside they are asking to fill out 2 forms and calling every 1 according to their time slot. after seeing the filled forms they would check if you have any 2nd division through out the academic career ( for GBO&GBOservices only) if you had any and filled in the wrong info on the online system you were asked to leave as you dont qualify. i saw 3 applicants with such case.

Went on my turn everything was in order. Got called in for interview very basic and generic questions.

1. Tell us a bit about yourself.

2. What were you doing after the Degree.

3. So are you ready to be a Banker now.

to the last question my reply was MCBs moto is Bank for life so i guess i will be Employee for life all 4 of them started laughing and said okay we are done you can leave.

i asked them in how much time will i get any reply and one guy said 6-8weeeks???? lol

Rawalpindi, id say it took 7 to 8 mins, and no subject related question.

how the online system can verified the forms? either one filled it correctly or wrongly?

Today I appeared in the interview for GBO region Mardan kpk. Venue was MCB opposite to Benazir Hospital Rawalpindi. The panel only asked me about family related to their jobs etc. Then they said you will have to work 8 hours a day and sometimes on Sundays. Are you ready? Then they said you can be assigned a branch out of your city, are you ready? I said no, I prefer my city.
Ok what salary do you expect.
Ans. Around 30k
At the end they told me that your salary will be 25k and you can be assigned in any branch across Pakistan. And you will be notified in 2 months.
