how is it 24?? solve it..
mary is 16 yrs old means bro's age 4 yrs (mary is four times old)
after 8 years
mary 24 and bro 12 ( mary is twice old)


you can apply equations.. but i like to slove such type of question by common sense ..

boy 4 years and sis 12 years ( as sister three times old)

now boy age is 12 years.. means after 8 years ... so sis age will be 12+ 8 =20

49 +49 = 98 +1(sue) =99..

There are 99 students at Sue's school.
If she is the 50th best, there are 49 better students than Sue. If she is the 50th worst, there are also 49 worse students than Sue. That makes 98, and Sue herself is the only other student.
49 (better) + 49 (worse) + 1 (Sue) = 99 students

-If all Zips are Zoodles, and all Zoodles are Zonkers,
then all Zips are definitely Zonkers.
The above sentence is logically:
1. True
2. False

it will be false because all Zips are Zoodles as Mentioned..

correct me if i am wrong please..

One drinks 'water' when thirsty and as given 'water' is called air.So we drink air when thirsty.

(Saturday).(1).(2).(3).(day before).(the day before yesterday).( yesterday ).( today )

hence today is Saturday
