abi humain target nhi mile..
humain target training k bad alot hon gay..
aur humari training eid k bad hy..
tab tak branches main opertion ka kam hi krna hy..
so target b achieve ho jate hain..Brand name acha hona chahiye..
hum ne during on the job training man koi daily k 4 to 5 account open kye in last few days..which are totally walk in customer..humain field man b nhi jana para..
so targets ki tension na lo...
but final decison is ur..if u feel satisfy wid ma brief justifications then u should join HBL..otherwise all upto u bro..

Bhai Training jo lahore RHQ main hona hy woh to Eid k bad honi hy humari..
but jo training humain Branches alot krne se pehle de gye by the regional office Gujranwala... Gujranwala ki bank square branch man maine us ki bat kr raha tha...ab to humain branches b alot ho gye hain..mUjhe Wazirabda Branch alot hue hy...
RBO ka package main aap ko pehle b dosre thread per bata chuka hon its 23100 for MBA and 20100 for BBA hons..
Growth is ki achi hy if aap ki performance achi ho gi then after one n half year u will b promoted to next grade..
currently RBO are Assistant Manager Band 1 hain..
one n half year k bad Assistant Manager Band 2 main promote ho sakte ho...

Permanent decision: Join MCB TBO if you have decided to excel in the banking sector as a life long career.

Short stay: Join HBL RBO if your priorities are different and your favorite career is other than banking.

i wanna to be in banking sector and want to join such where career growth is better.. but i think 3 years bond in mcb is confusing..
what you suggest..

Posting aap k region main hi hogi..aur aap k ghar se around 15 to 20 kilometer k distance per hogi...
its not fix n final k itni door ho..bust usually aisa hi kya hy Gujranwala region main...just ek bande ko hi us k home town main appointment mili hy...
