its nt like that my friend... mere aik class fellow na last tym b apply kia tha aur ab bhi magar uska nam abhi bh aa gaya ha .....dun wory world is more than mcb...

may b they are preffering more becholars 4 years.. as one of my class fellow who did becholar 4 years is again shortlisted..
