My heartiest congratulations to all those who received their call letters and are selected as TBOs. I wish them very best of luck for their best future. For all those who were unable to receive the letter like me don't get upset. This is life. Always keep on trying. ALLAH is always there to help and keep faith in HIM. I was confident that I might get selected but I believe that ALLAH has some better plans for me. So everyone don't loose hope and keep trying.

Wish everyone a very best of luck

No, but I appeared for interview in Rawalpindi.

Anybody who is to report to Rawalpindi Staff College for training? I think there is none, which leads us to infer that Northern Circle is yet to receive offer letters.

I doubt that the score in written test matters once the applicant has been called for the interview, I remember when they were calling each individual for document presentation and asking marks/percentages in matric onward prior to appearance before the panel, I heard them talking to each other that what they write (on the cover page of each applicant's file) is all that panel will know of applicants credentials and from what I remember they were not asking written test marks.

My IQ tells me whoever has been asked about the bond issue should keep high hopes and even higher if he/she appeared in RWP for the interview.

Congrats to all those who have been selected and those who were not wish them future luck...only 20% of trainees will be selected as hipo..Hipo was first introduced by mcb in batch 41..and some people here are saying that you need to have contacts to be hipo after training which is not 100% true..i have got some friends who have been selected as hipo in last batch and they did not use any contacts..HIPO program is real and HR of mcb is serious about it..mcb tbos will be given career path..even those who dnt get slected as hipo will have plenty of oppurtunties to grow..only difference is that hipo candidates will have faster track of growth than normal trainees

six months training does not mean whole 6 months in staff college..TBOs will be regularly rotated for on the job training and they will be sent to their respective branches and then after certain period of time again rotated back to classroom training..so nothing to worry about
