get the print out of it and fill them either computerized or by hand and you will have to submit them when you go for training, they will ask you about these forms before you join the training session......

G asad ..samajh ni araha ke kaise fill kare form But jaha tak me ne read kia ha form hume 12th nov ko le ker jana hoga mail ni karna lahore.phr b calll kar k confirm karte hai eid k bad.. miss quratul ain eid ke bad call kar ke poche n share with us...agar kisi senior member ko pata ha to plz guide us..there r several things in form which r complicated..n WISH U ALL MEMBERS HAPPY EID..WITH LOTS OF HAPPINESS..

hmen kuch bhi nhi krna sirf apnay form fill krnay hn or jis din staff college jana hy us din ye form wahan submit krnay hn. Madical wo khud krwayen gay agr unko zarorat hoi to. Training k akhir per hmen letter den gay phr jahan appiont krna hoa wahan regional bank mein bhej den phr wahan k dean jis branch mein vacancy hoi bhej day ga

Fill the form wid pencil as u understand it, and leave the fields that are unclear to you after EID personally visit staff college meet the documentation incharge he will scrutinize your forms and would provide all the guidance

Medical Test would be done after u ve received MEdical letter from STaff college which is to be done after u ve reported to SCK . The trainers at Staff college would brief you regarding that

but as i am in hyderabad how could i visit staff college karachi for guidelines for filling form?? and we have to post form to lahore or to submit at staff college on reporting day??
and we recve medical letter at our home address or at staff college?/
