haan ye to hai per ager apko job ki zarorat hai to ye join kr lo aur saat may koi aur job search krte raho jaise hi is say achi koi job mile to switch kr lena... ya phr jaisa maine pehle kaha tha k ager is job se satisfy nai ho to jane do ise...

kuch panay k liay kuch khona tu parta hy. koi bhi job us main promotion k liay time tu lagta hy ab ap yeh tawaqo tu nai kar saktay k ap aaj TSO appoint hun aur kal wo ap ko BM bana dain.

@ Mashalkhan69... I agree with you.. for 16 year graduates TBO & MTO is best option to start their career...

100% right.....But i did not mean that.... i just say that promotion of TSO will more time as compared to TBO or MTO.

everyone wishes for better option, but if you want to make your career you have to start from lower level... low level sy e happliy start karna learn karna e better option hai .. nothing is easy in this life , ease in just in ourselves if we create...

tu abhi as a TSO join kar lain aur sath main TBO k liay yah kisi aur bank main MTO k liay apply karti rahain jab kahien aur achi job mil gai tu is ko chor daina so simple

Absolutely right.... as i said i'm double minded.... i did not decided yet whether to join or not but i am confused....And TBO is better than TSO...
they will allow you if you fulfill the eligibility criteria....
