increment depends on your performance. you will get score on your performance by the BM. bonus will be in accordance to you points score.
jaibp clear krne pe 50+ (award+fee refund) mlta ha.
this is 3y cntract so one have to be here on this post for 3y. after that they will contract again, either for same compensation or with promotion.

But, average kitna bonus milta he?
TBO k baad kia promotion hierarchy he? What will be grade in future?
So, MCB will not permenent the job?

I am already a permenent employee (having facilties as well) in SUPARCO and salary is 24000 ... so what will you suggest me, if i got appointed in MCB as well?

depends on your personal preferences.
however if there are clear chances of growth then you must stay there.
here you will stuck for 3y. and after that you may expect any sort of promotion. its officer grade job after two promotions you will be OM. but it will take time.
salary difference is not as much to be considered. timing in banking sector is very tough. don't know about you timing on this job...........
