Batch 42's result came out 28-30 days after interviews were held. batch 43's result however came out quicker, in 18-20 days. so you should expect batch 44's result to be out anytime.

Brother in TBO batch internal hiring is only possible if employee of MCB appeared in TBO written test as other candidate did and then clear test and interview both. Many internal employee failed to pass test and some of them failed in interview and not selected as TBO. Mostly those employee try to be selected as TBO who are on contract basis. However MCB is not further hiring people on contract basis and its current employees, who are on contract basis, are being perment with condition of completion of specifice period of service.
There is no other way for selection of TBO in MCB Bank even for current employee. I must clear you people that TBOs are OG-III not OG-II.

Batch 43's training is still going on (15 April-15 October) and sources say batch 44's result will be announced after eid and training to commence 1st week of Nov.

Please note that trainees of Batch 43 were posted in Different Branches for on the job training of 2 Months in August 2013. They were required to report to staff college on October 15 but due up coming Eid, Branches were directed to relive them on October 7 and to day i.e October 8, they are undergoing comprehensive Final test and accordingly they will be posted at different Branches. Result of 44 Batch might be announced after EID. Please note that ratio of selection will be quite high. Every one should be hopeful if he has performed 50% in the interview.
