Default Queries regarding documentation of MCB TBO Batch 45
I m starting new topic regarding documentation and signing bond of TBO. Any 1 has confusion plz share here
I have a few confusion please do help me
1. can anybody please tell me the format of reference letter
2. do surety and Guardian have to sign on Fidelity bond??? because there is no space for the signature if surety and Guardian have to sign on the stamp paper where should they sign?

your response will be highly appreciable

you will be given a proper format of service agreement and surety bond which you have to print on stamp paper with your name and signature affixed on it along with two witnesses name and signature.

yes i have been given but there is no column for Surety and guardian signature
surety and guardian won't have to sign on it?

The way they are requiring surety and other strict documents. . its seems like they are up to no good. .
