I have given interview for the said position in their previous advertisement. Its a target based job. Salary is 16000 that includes following:

12000 Basic Salary
4000 for Fuel and Mobile

The Job is to bring "New" Clients.
Monthly target is 3 Million.

Hiring is on Contract base not permanent.
