yea you are right , MBA is over qualification for this job but unfortunately in our batch of 35 candidates just 2 boys were graduates all other were masters. There is no bond in MCB for this job. when you got good opportunity , switch off .

okay tell me do TCO(trainee cash officer) in meezan bank is same as TSO in MCB bank ?

Right. I am surprised that MCB does not make you sign any bond . Good information there. One more question that i would like to ask is that does MCB conduct internal hiring. I mean what if someone is hired as TSO later can he apply for TBO or MTO in MCB if vacancies come.?

yes,,, you can apply for TBO and MTO after joing TSO,, because in TSO there is no bond,,,
es liy ap free han kahi bh apply karn k liy, even ap MCB ma bh kisi post k liy bh apply kar sakte han

Friends there is no bond in MCB for TSO ok. So don't worry if you get this opportunity then avail it because of unemployment.
