I have joined HBFCL as a Management Trainee. Organization is typical govt type but as per conversation they are going to pay around 40 to 45K after training

Salary is as per conversation with Manager Administration who is looking after the induction of MTO's khair agay ka kuch pata nahe lkn lkn kuch ziada hi faraghat hai -----------very chill for me after working in a MNC for 1.5 years.

Dear Selected Members,
I had received call from HBFC HR last week, he told me that you are in our pending list and confirmed for posting place, today I called them and the HR person said we havn't got approval yet, we'll inform you.
Kindly anyone from selected members get update from HR that what's going on?
