Kiya is job ke candidates ko offer letter mil gaye kiya selction ho gayi?

I haven't applied here because i don't think so that merit is highlighted here just want to know that kiya yahan merit par kisi ko job mili?

Interview experience se kiya lagta he merit hoga ya parchi ?

1. General Aptitude test
2. 1 paper mcqs.
( ilmi, carvan, dogar) koi b ho.
