Earlier i was cautioned by someone that this seat is all about reference based which might be flawed.

NBP is already suffering from employees hired with political references, HR Department has adopted rigorous procedure to cut maximum number of candidates with reference. However if u have passed the NTS test and interview is not bad then your reference can add some points. Further i think appointment letters will be issued after EID. So get ready for Eid gift

Dear Candidates and fellows
today at 110am dated 24-06-2016 i call to NBP HR Department that number was given on interview call letter, i have question
1. when Offer Letter Will issue to selected Candidates:
answer. After Eid.
2. what is selection criteria?
answer: nts Marks plus interview marks. highest will be selected.
3. how many seats are there?
answer. there are 18 region and in each region more than 3-5 seats. he did not tell the exact figure about # of seats.

so just cool and calm and pray for better luck . Allah bless you all and me.. please remember me in your prayers

Letter is not mandatory, there were some people who did not recieve letters

It means if they are going to select 3 candidate from each of 18 regions, there would be 54 seats and if 5 candidates then 90 seats......... 90 digit looks more convincing.....
