I am guessing that the delay may be due to annual closing, as for banks these last few week infact the whole last quarter of the year is quiet stressful as they have to take care of the things that have been pending and proceed towards closure of the books as fast as they can.

At this point I would say that the results will be announced after they are done with the closure of books for this year, which will be the end of Feb or early March.

If this is the reason then why there is HR department in NBP what is His Function in organisation..
