Don't you think it would not make sense if I say that I am taken aback to see large number of Punjabi candidates in Lahore center for interview. I know there are other communities in that province.

But what you have written surmises that it is something related to race.

By the way, the candidates ,irrespective of their race, were called for the interview on the basis of test score.
I am not implying that Sindhis somehow influenced their way into 2nd phase of recruitment what took me by surprise that I have given many other interviews for private companies but this wasn't the scenario for me. I believe Sindhis love working in Govt. based institutions. I don't have anything against any race just putting out my two cents.

Dear You have surmised before your interview that there going to be another interview after this screening interview which would be more technical. So after you have done with your interview still you think there could be second interview or this is the only decisive one ?
Last year batch NBP took only one interview for TO post.

It was one of the worst experience I ever had.. those who were verifying documents usually asked every one either you are sindhi or not, they didn't know anything about professional qualifications.. it was very hard for me and another candidate to convince them that we don't have cgpa or percentage system. We are just pass or fail... Well, I am very little hopeful about this job.. others may disagree..
