Third question , what are the additional perks and benefits apart from salary? Car loan , house loan , yearly bonuses , health insurance , annual increments? i doubt contractual employees can have these benefits.

All these things can be assessed from offer letter and talking to friends working in NBP already. so no hasty decision
there are little chances that TO would be permanent in future. since 2010 all hiring in NBP is on contract basis. yes you can avail loan of all types like regular employees but no pension. posting is mostly in your region.

my interview was on 26th Sept at FTC khi ,i had to wait for three hours though my name appears in the first page of the list , but when i entered the room , there were three polite persons who were taking the interview ,they asked me to introduce myself, then one of them told me " your seven answers were wrong", "where do you live?" " if we appoint you at head-office which department would you like to choose?" and they asked me about my degree MS(in progress),a few questions about thesis, IT software which i can use and they said "bahir sb bta to rhy hngy k kya poocha jarha hy , net use krhy thy sab etc

I am from Gilgit Region..our interview was on 25 and 26 of sept 2017..interview was not more then just a formal talk..
they asked anout my current job ,why i wants to join nbp...faimly background etc...
