3. just assalam o alaikum is enough and have your seat when they tell you to sit.
4. introduction should include your name+ you belong to + your qualification i.e master degree with specialization + brief description of your current job , if any.
5. tell the true story if you were doing any sort of job in-between, say it. if not, tell them you were jobless.
6. think over it. you will find it. examples can be , i have strong academics, i have good communication skills, i have presentable personality , i have strong decision making power/convincing power. Remember , stammering is not a weakness. they actually asking for professional strenghts/weakness, not personal.
7. at least introduction should be in simple english. remaining part is always a mixture of both. they are not suppose to judge your English but your knowledge and confidence.

dont worry about documents infact some of the candidates were without documents and they asked them to submit it next day similarly interview was not merit wise and from my experience i found the interview panel rude and arrogant
