Pls confirm!
Did they ask every BS degree holder to submit equivalence certificate before interview? I have BS degree but they didn't ask me to submit equivalence certificate. Am I the only one or there r others as well who weren't asked to submit the equivalence certificate as they r now not considering those candidates who didn't submit their equivalence certificates

I didn't, and neither I was asked for any such document before or after interview!

Khan sb whats your source of such claim that they are not considering those who did nt submit equ certificate? If someone is selected , equavlence certificate can be obtained later as well like on email. It should nt be and cannot be base for outright rejection. They did nt ask for this document in interview letter neither lady collecting documents at lahore centre asked for such thing before checking the eligible box in pre interview form

I think the guy about whom you are talking (from the facebook group) is a special case. Nobody other than him said anything about receiving an email plus he also has (according to him) inside sources which told him that TO list has been finalized. How come TO list be finalized before GBO or CO list? The only thing i am really confused about is the merit. Which one carried more weightage (a) the written test (b) Interview. According to my source (which was the person who was verifying the documents at NBP) Interview was the actual thing which carried maximum weightage. So according to him, if i messed up in the interview (in which no academic related questions were asked) then i should consider it a lost opportunity and quite frankly i think that on one question i made a huge blunder.

How can interview be the deciding factor when all they did was ask nothing but introduce yourself and tell us about your job. The final result could be and should be an aggregate of written and interview (experience may count as a bonus).
One thing i noticed in the entire interview process was that there was no consistency and uniformity in the procedure. Some people were asked technical questions, others were asked nothing.

The thing is now the test and interviews both have been taken and we the candidates can't do anything. it all in the hands of the NBP now. i guess we should pray rather than quarrel with each other and hope the organization in concern observes merit.

While reading ur experience I feel like it's been written by me my experience was exactly the same as yours. I too was asked no technical questions but even then I made a blunder on one question. And at that very moment I felt that Oh man what have u done! But interviews were not consistent so I am still hoping that test score will mean a lot.

Well spraking of weird interviews..my interviews were more weirder, for the 1st one they were trying to make me quit the interview by saying i was over qualified for the job and the second one only got my introduction and a bit more done when a 3rd member of pannel came into the room, they exchanged greeting and talked amongst themselves for a bit ignoring me and said thankyou to me.. a joke of an interview, dont think they were serious
