Harsh but true that interview will be decisive,as per my sources,interview having 75 marks.

There is complexity. Noone knows the exact merit calculation critera..i am fully agreed that interviews were taken in non serious mood and for some other they took technical interview..qhen i enter in the room the interviewers were discussing the guys who was before me and one interviewer wording was (exactly the same)"" larka achy background ka lag raha tha ..""
So from this you all can imagine how interviewers were diciding our future..

Your sources also did say that the result would be announced in mid november.What about that?It can't be that interview marks are such huge.This would make a mockery of the test.According to my sources,test marks and interview are in the ratio of 70/30.Besides,i have also heard that there is very little merit in NBP.So those having little political source should not hope much as they will be disappointed on rejection even though their test and interviews may have went well.

also candidate without banking experience also gave interview
even the first person to be interviewed did not have any prior banking experience and his interview lasted about 15 minutes and he was also called back for another 5 minutes
so go figure.

how long will it take for a cashier to get promoted in nbp? and what position he will be promoted to?
