Those who are selected will be informed by post and after sending letters, a confirmation call will be made by NBP to selected MTO's to make sure that they hav received letters or not.

I want to know that what is the criteria on which candidates will be selected or rejected after interview as same introductory questions were asked to all of them.
otherwise all candidates will go through..............?

Dont know exactly final criteria,
But its the combined performance of candidate in test, GD, interview & educational record.
But preference are given to current employees,employee sons, females & if somebody hav distinction in his academic career.

criterion for selection will be based upon:
Academic record Percentages in SSC and HSSC and Cgpa in BBA/MBA etc
Score in written test
Performance in GD
Final interview
Distinction/Scholarship
Willingness to relocate
Communication skills and linguistic command
Appearance and Body Language
Preference to employees sons and female candidates
Employment works both ways it will be considered negatively if you are already an MTO or under some sort of Bond,it will reinforce your performance if you are having some kind of internships under your belt.
furthermore, luck matters, like from which region you have applied for and what kind of candidates gave interview before and after you.

About Place of posting and place of training. It all depends on your luck, although management tries to facilitate people as Max. as they can but they have to distribute hired MT's in four colleges according to their capacity and place of posting will be according to the need of regions. Hr management of regions will post u at the branches accordingly after training of nearly 7 months.
yup u can expect a person can be posted other than the city of his domicile. Like in last batch one of my friends who belongs to Peshawar is posted at jhelum region. Similar is the case with majority of MT's of last batch except females who r posted in their home town[/QUOTE]

Hmm,,but this seems to be ridiculous...if they wanted to do so , then i think NBP needs a good HR team ;).. finally passed candidates should be placed according to the position they applied..

I was entered in the room. Panel of 3 interviewers was there. One of them asked my name, Matric, Inter, Graduation and MBA percentages/CPA. Then another asked, "Where do u live?"

I replied I have domicile of Ghotki District but currently I am settled in Karachi along with my Family. One of them said, " If we place u in Sukkur then?". I replied Its OK, I am ready. They wrote sukkur in front of my name in the list and said You can go now.....

I didn't say that they will divide the finally candidates in four [B]equal[/B] batches. And its also obvious they will never place person with IT background in audit. If whole batch is divided in 4 groups, the number of MT's in each group vary. And HR will place try to place every person in the group he have applied for, a very small number of MT's group can be changed according to requirement of bank.

when NBP is going to declare the result?any body knows?

I heared, there is bond of 5 years for NBP MTOs worth Rs 4.5 lacs..is that true?

Yes, there is a 5 year bond, but not sure about exact amount.

Not heard about bond for NBP, if it is so don't worry you have not to pay the amount and bonds are just mere formility in Govt. Sector.

This time cut off line to pass entry test is set in B/w 65% to 70%. Most probably 65 marks.

I Think they all will be selected as per my info, only 7 candidates make their place in final interview from Balochistan, even they might need some more candidates to be posted in Balochistan... Let c...

yeah..i also think that it was more than 70%-80%..at Rwp & Peshawar Centre combined passing ratio came out approx 2%..how it can be possible that only 2% candidates got 65% marks in test, even though test was comapratively easy!

more precisely it was more than 75% , those who got more than 75 marks go through into next round. it is sure..

i guess, it was more than 80%..among approx 4000 candidates only 114 candidates passed the test..so passing criteria must be more than 80%..
