Next batch of MTOs will join after 30th June for following reasons

1-Curently staff colleges are training a batch of GBOs:OGIII Officers and it will last for 4 weeks.Staff collages dont have the space to train two batches simultaneously.

2-Joining before 30th June will entitle the appointees for increment for year 2011 that is not desirable on the part of the management for cost considerations.

So it is expected that final appointment letters will be dispatched in the mid of june , orientation will take place at the end and training will start in the first week of july.But these are mere estimates with out any inside information.

yes you are right, In June they are training a special batch, which was confirmed by one of my friend by staff college so Mto's training will start in July and result will be expected most probably in next week.

Training is gonna start from 4th July that I am confirmed cz I am in HR of NBP... Letters will be dispatched in first week of June in my view.
