because almost from everyone they have asked that what if you get good job will you leave sbp. I got 77 marks .

That's true .
Qk sbp official jis se I discussed he said for OG 1 they don't require expertise . Just graduate. And chances of promotion is very low . Baqi Allah ki marzi and jis candidates ne source lagwai hai unko tu zarur mily gi chaye tu wo masters hi kar rahy hon
So it's game of luck
