I think one needs to have at least 75 or more in aggregate to be in the safer side, And section wise one should have 70% in each section to have any hopes of qualifying..
That's what I think. I may be wrong though..

I believe merit is same for all provinces?
Or it might be on lower side for fata GB nd balochistan?

Well it depends solely on the candidates and SBP..
They will only shortlist 350 or at most 400 candidates for the interview phase..
