The nature of my SBOTS-21 interview was quiet personalised. Broadly, it was based on discussion. They inquired about my degree, family -- father's profession and siblings, my time since graduation and experience etc. Psychological questions were also asked like what would you do if your boss asked you to sign something illegal/unlawful? Best and toughest decision I've made in life and what makes me happy/angry etc. The technical aspect of the interview involved applied knowledge of economic theory to the case of Pakistan for example demonstrating the effect of CPEC or other initiatives through the IS-LM, AD-AS, Phillips curve, Monetary and Fiscal policies and some more that I can't remember at this point.. Hope this proves helpful.

I would know nothing about that. And even if I did have a reference, it's not like I would disclose it on a public forum . But from what I've heard, it's a transparent process. No doubt, your luck counts just as much as the work you put in. So pray for yourself -- and me!

Yes candidates with economics background usually have tougher experience of interview...so you also have cleared YPIP, they did not ask you what you prefrence between ypip and sbots?

Dua karen. And yes. The panel lead did ask me if I took an interview elsewhere or applied to sbp before, in response to which i mentioned about my YPIP. Nothing else. No other questions relating to the matter were asked.
