Pattern of NTS TEST

If anyone have experience of NTS test please tell me about the pattern of test paper and whether it will be objective or subjective type and what will be the area of testing.

Seniors @ is it likely to be confirm or it will remain contractual?

Seniors kindly tell me Am I eligible to apply or not?? I have done BPA (Public Administration) with specialization in HRM. I also have an equivalent certificate mentioning BPA is equals to masters and another certificate mentioning MPA is equals to MBA. I am bit confused either I am eligible to apply or not???
