I was expecting a better response than the one we got from our friends from Karachi. Apparently, no one shared their experience in detail

Really a diappointing response has come from the Karachi friends who feel shy in helping out others. Among other disappointing factors is the job of teller and that too on contract basis. Tomorrow is my interview in islamabad.

A bad experience
I had my interview on 12th of Feb. interviews of around 25-30 candidates were scheduled that day. there were 4 ppl in the interview panel and one among them , Mr. Zafar Iqbal was also on the interview panel for YPIP.
Interview was not at all technical (except certain questions). initially I was asked regarding what chances do I consider for my selection in YPIP. then he asked me what do I know about the JO (which I didn't know much); my qualities which are useful in customer dealing (jis me ghuma diya unhon ne mujhe). Among the technical questions I was asked are: --> where are the currency notes printed (i didn't know that) -->what is the difference between a manager and a leader (jis me unhon ne mujhe phir ghuma diya) -->what qualities should a good boss have After aroung 10-15 minutes of above converstaion when Mr. Tariq was about to start his questioning, Mr. Zafar interrupted in between... THANK YOU HARESH, THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR TIME....<me amazed, waited for a second, digested the situation, stood up>... THANKYOU VERY MUCH SIR |

I was also told that in the interview that I am looking very much nervous and losing control on my nerves, then they offered me to have some water. Although I tried my best stay calm, and so was I as compared to my YPIP interview but still they felt me to be very nervous.
So the suggestion here is to stay cool as ice, they are asking nothing which you don't know, and even if you are stuck somewhere, they are not going take it with a very serious note. Infact mere unsatisfactory answers pe b I received comments like.. ITS OKAY, IF YOU DON'T KNOW, NO PROBLEM. Huufff... hope that helps. Espacially to Mr. Soomro, who seems very much desperate and disappointed as well. |

Dear, I mentioned whole of my interview. It didn't take more than 15 minutes. I think Mr. Tariq koi situational questions puchne wale the, (as one candidate before told that he was asked such questions) but Mr. Zafar ended the interview
