Dear Asaqib what do u think of contract posts of JO getting permanent in future or not. Can any one tell whether we will continue to apply at different positions after the end of two years contract?

anybody know that what would be selection criteria ?
test + intrvw ? or test + intrvw + academic record ?

Hmm I don't know if it would get permanent or not. But one thing is for sure, I would not be doing justice to myself if I am still a Junior Officer after 2 years...

Plus career advancement is what one should be targeting at this stage. Getting SBP on our CV is the main purpose behind us joining as JO.
