I dont know about other centers but NTS was really disappointing at Quetta center, there were thousands of students in our center for their admission test for cadet college. it was like riot, and disturbance was at its peak will we were doing our paper.
It was a sad and unexpected experience with NTS.

Friends, what you people expect, how much time will nts take to anounce result?

From what I could understood, the case study was mainly about cost and benefits of decentralization and new incentives. The question at the end specifically asked for cost and benefits and the problems associated with compensation system.

I could be wrong but I mainly discussed what was asked at the end.

SBP selection procedure via NTS
1) first they will test you with Questions from Maths, General knowledge, english etc
2) (Patience is tested by announcing the initial result and shortlisted candidates as late as possible ,for next phase) , They want employees who have the patience. ;p
3) then SBP want to test you more.. now with essay and writting skills. They prefer candidates who can be even more patient. ;p
4) finally your patience will be tested again once you recieved interview call and had to wait for 3-4 hours for your turn ;p

Conclusion: SBP Core Value " Be Patient" ;p

Today I called SBP Personnel Management Section/Department .. after holding for a while I was told by some one that nts has not sent the results to SBP and all the applicants should keep visiting sbp.org.pk for vacancies status.. Besides that They also told me to call on next Monday ( "May be we'll announce the results by up-coming Monday" ).. In short it is going to take a while ( at least a month in my opinion ) that they will announce the results of written communication test..

If someone has any new info then please let all others know through this forum..

i just want to ask people who are actually working in SBP or SBP BSC that by any chance YPIP and Junior Officer Batch are going to meet the same fate as the Assistant Director program

The post came in 2012 interviews were conducted results were to be shown in a few days

And to this day we don't know what happened to that job opening

Og-4 vacancies are another example still on SBP website
