I don't see any such message asking me to bring application form along with attested documents. Where is it exactly? I think few candidates are required to submit it on the test day..?? Further, we have already submitted form along with attested documents while applying for the position, why would they ask for it again?

YES, that's right, few candidates are asked to do that. My important message column is blank. Phew!

yeah this is mentioned in my online slip ... you check your online slip, if it is mentioned then you have to submit that form along with attested docx on the test day. This is for those have not submitted that form earlier. So no need to worry.

mene to form b submit kerwa diye thay challan k sath documents b phir b is br mangwa rahe hen...confusion

2 form submit krwey thy initial me he. 1st jo computerize fill kia tha aur 2nd jo link me mention tha state bank form.
