SBOTS normally takes this long from test to final selection? It seems this particular batch is delayed more than previous batches, isn't it? Any idea how much more time they need until interview and final selection letters dispatch to successful candidates?

Dear I applied in 2010 and got my final selection letter in April 2012. But in next batch whole process hardly took nine months.

Yes dear 60% marks where percentage system applies OR minimum 3.00 out of 4.00 or 4.00 out 5.00 CGPA, where GPA system applies otherwise your application was rejected...

i am graduated in Bioinformatics .. am i eligible for this test " Young Professionals Induction Program (OG-2) 2014 "??as they have mentioned in advertise that "Masters Degree or Bachelors Degree with 16 years of education with 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from universities/ institutes recognized by HEC or reputable foreign universities"
in advertisement no specific degree is mentioned

For Maths: NTS or GRE sort of stuff is more than sufficient.
For English: Focus on Grammar, books like Wren n Martin and Exploring the world of English have sufficient material.

GK: bro seriously speaking this section requires smart preparation.Jjust scroll through major events of last three to six months. Moreover, also memorize few general things like capitals, currency and language names. And lastly, UN related information is also very important. There are few logical questions in this portion which are very easy and most cand.s solve them very easily.

Dear if ad statement was same which is mentioned in the thread, then you are not eligible. But better call SBP or send an email to confirm.

I called today to SBP HR Deptt. The Official said, "SBP HR Deptt is planning to arrange Group Discussion and Interviews at the end of OCTOBER, 2014". He further said, "SBP will inform each candidate via Pakistan Posts and Telephone call". Be ready.
