Ok guys.. As far as I remember they had advertised for AD posts but now on interview letter they have stated it Deputy Director post. Isn't it?

Today i had intrvw at lhr center. They asked me abt my experience and job related question. Intrview longed for 20minutes and it went ok. But i feel that no particular solid questions relating to technicalities were asked..majority questions were very general. Others pls share your experience too.
Plus there were 4 candidates already working in sbp. Does any one has idea about total number of seats. I have hearf that there are total 25 vacancies. |

There were 16 candidate for interview in Karachi and one i know did not show up. What abt LHR how many total candidate appeared in LHR.

in Karachi as well there were 2 candidates from within sbp appearing in interview
there were only 16 candidates from Karachi center thus it could be estimated that the number of candidates in Lahore and Islamabad each could be approximately the same. i dont know it for sure but around 50 candidates might have been screened for interviews. there are 16 field offices of BSC and 12 departments in SBP BSC HO....... besides SBP BSC is in to process of increasing the field offices . if they are planning to recruit at least 1 DD at for each department and a field office then the number of posts could be safely estimated to be around 30 or so. plus the size of workforce in SBP BSC is more than double in comparison to the SBP. employee strength of SBP BSC is around 4700 from that we can assume that its bureaucracy is very tall as well as broad and there is appetite for industry trained resources over there. |

Dear All,
I also appeared on 22nd August at Lahore centre , being female I guess my name was on 2nd number for interview . Anyways I would like to know if any one had any idea regarding number of female candidates from each centre & is there any specific female quota , further I would like to guide candidates from Islamabad who haven't yet appeared for interview :- Since I am already Branch Operations Manager & Credit Incharge Therefore , they inquired specific as well as generic questions and were expecting they candidate show reply all queries quite accurately as I noticed their expressions :- What is FMU Unit CTR , STR, Threshold Limits of reporting in Last 1 year what have been significant changes in AML/KYC policies inclusive of operations What is Depositors Data required ( that is top 100 and what are the fields and y required to be compiled) what is difference between SBP and SBP BSC Functions of SBP-BSC What is nostro, Vostro What are OMO operations How treasury bills control such operations what are federal treasury rules How is corporate governance at one's bank Specify Nift Operations generic questions:- Your Achievements Weaknesses Any scenario were u as a team controlled any disciplinary action etc Good Luck for all who appeared and will be appearing .
