i have passed sbp OG-1 test from sukkur center... can anyone please tell me is PRC form D mandatory to send along with documents? as there is only domicile asked...

Percentage quota observe by federal government. This may or may not be followed be SBP.
Merit= 7.5%
Punjab= 50%
Sindh(R)= 11.4%
Sindh(U)=7.6%
KPK= 11.6%
Balochistan= 6%
GB/FATA= 4%
AJK= 2%
