Dont worry....its been told on the application page that do not write cgpa.

"In GPA system please convert your CGPA into percentage as per your University grading policy. (e.g: If you obtained 2.5 CGPA and as per your University grading policy if 2.5 CGPA is equivalent to 60% then you will enter 60 in obtained marks and 100 in total marks and so on.)"

In addition to obtained marks and total marks box there is a text box for obtained CGPA and total CGPA . I was asking about that

I am facing some problems regarding the form, some have already been highlighted by the members.
I have a JPEG scan of my passport sized picture, but it is not uploading. I doesn't display as I choose it. Please guide.
Next, whenever I enter CGPA, I get an error regarding format. I want to mention here that there are boxes that demand the total CGPA (4 OR 5), the obtained CGPA , marks obtained nd total marks. 3.79 CGPA out of 4 makes it equal to 95 percent. The fields such as obtained marks, total marks, total CGPA are fine but obtained CGPA give error even when it's filled or left blank.

I have a BS Hons degree with 16 years of education. Irrelevant fields such as CA education and 14 years bachelors degree, when left blank, also create problems.
Please do not advise to contact the NTS guys as they keep you waiting on the phone and no response has been made as such.
